Banning Pubbers for continual violations

FYI,

Last night I had ban pubber player 4o9_forumla. He continued to lawndart several times. I kicked him for that. Then he stoled the enemy J10 and lawn darted me. I kicked him for that. He come back seem to play okay then attacked enemy idle attack aircraft with F35. I kicked him for that when I should have banned him. Then he come back with the Cobra and tv missled the enemy parked Z10. Thus, I banned him. So if he disputes what I did, this info is the reason why.
