FYI,
I missed the Bobblebibble thread. Wow, that was a good one. I will make my comment here about him. I did dialogue him about his good and so disruptive playing skill. It appeared to be a hack to all of us that were playing. If we would entertain such great playing skill whether honest or hack we would loose a lot of the pubbers or even our own clan members to play with him.
He told me about the videos and said he had a thousand hours playing with a previous screen name flying that good. Well, I know he must have been killed many times during that 1000 hours. Bragging about game skills is one thing. I asked him if he has every been in COMBAT. He answer was no, but he was in the Air Force. Game skills are one thing. When thay disrupt the majority, something must be done. So if he got banned by one of our members from what I could see and the conversation I had with him, it was justified.
Just for the RECORD. I flew in Vietnam on a Armed Medevac into many a hot LZs/PZs (landing zone/pickup zone). My total hours were 1346 mostly direct combat. I have 10 bullet holes in me. My armed vest (chicken plate) took 5 directed hits (AK47), my ballistic helmet took 3 hits, my back plate one hit, my right boot one hit and my armored seat more than 20 hits. 0 Deaths. I had one great advantage over my fellow aviators. I am ColorBlind. My unit Platoon (Medevac) was an all volunteer one. Our job on the Medevac was to get the wounded out risking our life. We did it over and over with great expertise. Other aircrafts would get Distigusted Flying Crosses or Silver Stars if they did what we did just one time. We got nothing unless some big shot put us in for an award. Our Motto: "SO THAT OTHER MAY LIVE"
Our record stands above all. The 15th Medical Battalion is the most decorated COMBAT SUPPORT Unit in the entire Army. I didn't know this until I was told a few weeks ago. Unit history link below.
